She has extensive Master Planning experience on both existing and greenfield sites, as well as years of building design under her belt. Melika brings extensive knowledge of client and building contractors requirements through Design and Construct or the Tender procurement process.

Clare integrates client requirements with good design to deliver functional spaces regardless of if she is working with the Architectural team or leading the Interior team in fitout or refurbishment works she considers all aspects of the interior in her design solutions.

Jane is a registered Architect with a range of skills encompassing a variety of project types including sports architecture, master planning, marina based development, education and multi-residential.

Stephen is a registered Architect with extensive project delivery experience, and has undertaken numerous multiple building works projects.

Steven is a Senior Technician, who has gained extensive experience in the commercial building space over the past 25 years.
He is technically proficient in Revit 3D modelling and documentation from Conceptual Design through to Tender Documents.
Steven works cohesively with the team and utilises his technical skill to ensure well-coordinated and detailed documents for COBiE projects.

Ben has architectural delivery experience with proven ability to problem solve, model and coordinate consultant information. With 10 years of REVIT experience, his technical knowledge and process driven results have been engaged on major commercial projects.
He carries his documentation experience through to the BIM domain where his attention to detail and aim for accuracy at all levels provides an invaluable asset to all our projects. Coordinating and mitigating clashes with all consultants, provides savings in the administration of the project.

Andrezza works as part of our Interior Design team ensuring our level of detail is achieved to our standards.

Working on many large scale projects, Josh has a gained a lot of experience and a good understanding of the Building Codes and Australian Standards that apply and crossover into the education sector.
Joshua is a QBCC licensed building designer that has a wealth of experience in both residential and the Multi-residential sector.

Jacky has over 10 years experience in the construction sector. His eye for details and passion for 3D modelling ensure that his work is of the highest calibre.

Jade brings over 15 years experience in finance and project cost tracking to COBiE. Her realistic approach to project costing and tracking ensures that our team are able to focus on what is important—providing services to our clients.
She also brings experience in Contract Management and Office Management. Her enjoyment of implementing process and structure balances the office to increase the efficiency and productivity.
